Registration Requirements
- Fill in the registration online form by clicking this link
- Provide the secretariat with 10 (ten) hardcopies of the 2010 Sustainability Report or 2010 Annual Report
- Provide the secretariat with 2 (two) CD-ROMs containing softcopies of the 2010 Sustainability Report which will be published in the NCSR and GRI Website
- Provide the secretariat with the GRI Application Level Check Report by a third party (If there is a document)
- Provide the secretariat with the Assurance Report from the Assurance Service Provider (If there is a document)
- Pay the registration fee of Rp 10.000.000,- (Ten Million Rupiah) by transfer to: Pusat Nasional Laporan Keberlanjutan, Bank BCA KCP Menteng No. 7350301083
- The evaluation will be processed when payments are settled and the secretariat has received the transfer slip.
